Note: Make sure that all files have finished transferring before closing the software and disconnecting the cable.
If you are using a Windows OS:
- Click the X in the top right corner of the EasySuite window to close the program.
- Open the Start menu, then select Computer or My Computer. The Computer window opens.
- Right-click on the EasySuite software, then select Eject.
If you are using a Mac OS:
- While the GO!Bridge software is open, open the File menu, then select Quit to close the program.
- Open the Finder.
- Locate “EasySuite” in the left sidebar, then click the Eject icon.
