Question 20: How do I quit the EasySuite and GO!Bridge application and disconnect the cable?

Note: Make sure that all files have finished transferring before closing the software and disconnecting the cable.

 

If you are using a Windows OS:

  1. Click the in the top right corner of the EasySuite window to close the program.
  2. Open the Start menu, then select Computer or My Computer. The Computer window opens.
  3. Right-click on the EasySuite software, then select Eject.

                          

If you are using a Mac OS:

  1. While the GO!Bridge software is open, open the File menu, then select Quit to close the program.
  2. Open the Finder.
  3. Locate “EasySuite” in the left sidebar, then click the Eject icon.
