Hi,
I'm on Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate edition and when I try to install my bluetooth adapter's drivers, it says : 'No bluetooth device was detected. Please make sure that your Bluetooth device is plugged in properly in order to continue installation'. The problem is that my device is plugged and a blue led proves that it's connected. I tried to push the little button during some tries and the led started to flash slowly but stopped after a few seconds.
I don't know what to do?
Thanks.

Hello thaclicrop,
Do any new devices show up in the device manager when you plug in the adapter? If not then either the USB port is not functioning properly or the Bluetooth adapter is not functioning properly, in either case it will not be able to be installed. If you can verify that the USB is in working order, then I would advise taking the adapter to the place of purchase, along with the receipt, to obtain service. The RF-FLBTAD has a one year warranty from the date of purchase.
