I purchased model RF-HD3025 and I'm trying to recover files from a failed hard drive from my MacBook Pro. I had a normal Mac partition (currently I *can* see this in Mac Finder), but I also need files from my Windows Bootcamp partition and I don't seem able to access that from Mac Finder (or my new Win7 virtual image).
Is there something special I have to do/install so that I can access all partitions of the drive?
Unfortunately this device is not designed with the intended use of data recovery, it is intended to be used as a backup utility in conjunction with the Roxio software. If you are in need of data recovery from a failed hard drive, I would suggest contacting your local Geek Squad.
