[ Edited ]
  • Try re-pairing your headset. See Question 3 (pairing with a phone), Question 4 (MP3 player), Question 5 (XP), Question 6 (Vista), Question 7 (Windows 7), or Question 8 (Mac).
  • Your headset’s batteries may be dead. Try recharging your headset.
  • Check the volume level of the headset or audio source it is paired to.
  • Make sure the audio source paired (e.g. computer, MP3 player, phone) to your headset is ON.
  • Make sure the audio sources (e.g. computer, MP3 player, phone) paired to the headset are not set to Mute.
  • When paired to a computer, be sure that the headset is selected as the playback default. For steps on setting your headset as the playback default see Question 24.
  • Check if the audio sources have internal/external speaker settings that allow the internal speakers to be turned off and for the sound to be heard from the external source (your headset). If this is the case be sure your audio source is not set to Mute.
