Defective iphone 5 case

 

Hi,

 

I bought an iphone 5/5s case 3 months ago and it has started developing a green tinted stain

which cannot be removed by soap and water.

 

How do I obtain a refund or product exchange?

You're welcome. The RF-A5DT2BP has a 1 year warranty. Since it appears that you are well within the warranty coverage, I would advise taking it, along with your receipt back to the place of purchase to pursue warranty replacement/exchange.

I don't think I have the Best Buy receipt but I will check.

Worst case, what do I do if I can't find it?
